DESIREE KEPLINGER, BSBA - Owner & Principal Bookkeeper

Desiree began her career as a Legal Secretary. She then moved to financial services, working in the Real Estate Department at Valley Bank in Reno, Nevada over 32 years ago. She went on to become an Office Manager/Bookeeper, handling all human resources and financial responsibilities for a Right-Of-Way firm. Desiree moved to Portland in 1999 and opened Balanced Books in June of 2000.

DELINAH SOON, MBA - Marketing & Assistant Bookkeeper

Delinah started her career in the restaurant business when she helped her family open the first L&L Hawaiian BBQ on the mainland in the year 2000. While busy raising her three kids she finished a double Masters in Healthcare and Business Administration. In 2019 she decided to go back to her educational roots of statistics and she looked into bookkeeping. It was then that she came on as at first a part time assistant with Balanced Books. The partnership grew to the equal business opportunity that it is now.
